I’m actually from Wrightsville, but I started working with this company 30 years ago this month in Augusta, Ga, and then I got transferred to Dublin after working with them for a year. So, I’ve been here now for 29 years and I’ve also moved to Dublin now.

Who/what is the biggest influence in your life?

I would say my parents. Both of them have passed away, but they taught me the basic skills in life to be able to be self-supportive, and also to help take care of my family and friends.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned (or advice) that you’d like to share with others?

I think one of the most important things in life is to treat people the way that you would like for them to treat you. Whether it be family, friends and business just in casual acquaintances, always try to be a good person.

Life-changing/significant moment in your life?

I think probably one of the most important things that’s happened to me in life is being able to help take care of nieces and nephews. I don’t have any children of my own, so I’ve helped raise them, help take care of them and just see them turn out to be good people. Then, see them have children, so that’s an important thing.

What are your hobbies/what do you do in your free time?

Well, personally I’m a couponer, so I like to do my coupon deals. That also helps my family because they get to come and shop in my coupon room for all the products they need. They don’t have to buy those, and I love to swim. I love to fish, and just spend time with my family and friends.
