CBS News projects Mitt Romney has scored another victory with a win in
Illinois.
Romney NATS: "Hi how are you?"
Romney toured Google's offices in Chicago earlier today.
In an online chat -- he kept his focus on President Obama rather than his
Republican opponents. He promised to reach across the aisle if he makes it to
the White House.
SOT: (Mitt Romney/R-Presidential Candidate) "I will either get it done or die
trying. I tell you, I'm going to do everything to bring people together."
Romney saturated the airwaves in Illinois - he and his supporters spent more
than three million on ads...(graphic) but a CBS News exit poll shows a
majority of voters did not consider the ads important in their decision.

54 delegates from this primary. Romney has already collected more than his
rivals combined.. he says his lead is already big enough that he 'll
eventually be the Republican nominee.

Rick Santorum insists the race is actually much closer.
He is watching the returns in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
Santorum held four rallies and sat down for 19 interviews in Illinois Monday -
in a final push to win over conservative voters.

Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul let the two frontruners fight it out in Illinois.
