Good evening and thanks for joining us for eyewitness news at eleven. I'm Jennifer Moulliet.
Our top story tonight....
Gunfire erupted at the Waffle House on Chambers road in Macon around four this morning.
Bibb County coroner Leon Jones says someone shot a man to death outside the restaurant.
The victim....20 year old Christopher Crowder.
Detectives interviewed people that were inside the restaurant when things started to unfold.
Jones says the front door and the window were shot out.
We contacted Crowder's family... They didn't want to comment but did say they found out about his death around six this morning.
Two other people were also shot at the Waffle House this morning... One has been released from the hospital after a bullet grazed her back... The other remains in the hospital with a gunshot wound to the pelvic area.
So far police have not made any arrests... but say they're looking for 19 year old Ashley D Brown in connection with the shooting... They say investigators have signed warrants on Brown for Felony Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault.
Brown has five previous arrests since 2010.
Police ask anyone with information about the incident to call Macon Regional Crime stoppers at 1-877- 68 CRIME.

Some of you who get your water from the city of Irwinton... Probably woke up without it this morning...
According to Jonathon Snow... With Snowco General Contractors there was a water main break that shut down water for the city.... He says water is up and running again... But those on city of irwinton water are under a 24-hour boil advisory.
According to Doctor Aaron Geter Junior... Superintendent for Wilkinson county school district... schools will be closed tomorrow due to water issues.
He says all staff is still required to report tomorrow at 8 a-m.
Schools will re-open for students during normal hours on Tuesday... December 11th.
Two Georgia parents are facing charges after police say a video posted online shows them bringing their daughter to a fight at her bus stop.

"Nobody better try to jump in neither"
WITNESSES SAY THE MAN TELLING NO ONE TO JUMP IN IS THE FATHER OF ONE OF THE GIRLS. THE VIDEO SHOWS THAT SEVENTH GRADER GETTING OUT OF HER PARENTS' VAN AT THE BUS STOP. SHE IMMEDIATELY STARTS FIGHTING ANOTHER STUDENT.
"It just broke my heart to know that parents would allow this to happen and for my child to be there with nobody."
QUATEKA DURDEN'S 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER QUINNAYA IS THE OTHER GIRL IN THE VIDEO. ACCORDING TO QUINNAYA, THE OTHER GIRL'S PARENTS PICKED HER UP FROM SCHOOL WITH THE SOLE PURPOSE OF BRINGING HER HERE TO FIGHT AT THE BUS STOP.
"They followed the bus. We seen them behind the bus"
POLICE CHARGED THOSE PARENTS, TIMOTHY TAYLOR AND SHEQUITA CADE FOR THEIR INVOLVEMENT IN THE FIGHT. AT ONE POINT TAYLOR CAN BE HEARD ENCOURAGING HIS DAUGHTER TO HIT DURDEN AS THE TWO STRUGGLE ON THE GROUND.
"You know where to hit her at."
"The father is there saying nobody touch my child. But my child is on the ground pleading for someone to get her off of her."
NO ONE ANSWERED WHEN WE KNOCKED ON TAYLOR'S DOOR FRIDAY. IN THE VIDEO A NEIGHBOR EVENTUALLY BREAKS UP THE FIGHT AS THE OTHER TEEN HEADS TO THE CAR WITH HER PARENTS.
"My child could have died she could have hit the concrete the wrong way. Their child could have died. And then who's charged with the murder?"
Police charged the parents with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
They also charged the father with battery.
They initially told police they had picked up their daughter because she was being bullied by another teen.
Moving to news around the country... A T-S-A employee is dead following a murder-suicide in Cleveland Ohio.
Police say the shooting took place in an employee parking lot for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
The Cleveland Division of Police homicide unit is investigating... And say the T-S-A employee was riding with another T-S-A employee when her estranged husband followed them into a parking lot.
Sgt. Sammy Morris (Cleveland Police): "At which time the estranged husband rammed the vehicle... Hitting his wife. The other male that was in the vehicle was able to get out of the vehicle and was chased by the estranged husband who fired several shots at him."
The other T-S-A employee was not injured however after the man shot his wife... he turned the gun on himself.
The names of the victims haven't been released.
A Dallas Cowboys is out of jail - posting 500-thousand dollars bail.
Josh Brent is charged with killing a teammate in an apparent drunk driving accident.

Dallas Cowboy Josh Brent walked out of a Texas jail Sunday - a day after he was charged in a car crash that killed his teammate.

Police say the defensive lineman was driving drunk early Saturday and lost control of his 2007 Mercedes - killing JERRY Brown who was a passenger in the car.
Brent is charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Hours before his release - an emotional Dallas Cowboys team took the field in Cincinnati.
There was a moment of silence before the game and Brown's jersey was placed on the bench.

Brown played on the Cowboys practice squad.
Players say the 25-year-old was a rising star.

Brent and Brown were teammates at the University of Illinois.
This isn't the first run in with the law for the Cowboy's nose tackle
In 2009 Brent pleaded guilty to D-U-I.

The Cowboys say they are standing by Brent. If convicted he faces a minimum of two years behind bars.
Brent's attorney claims his client's bond is excessively high and says he's working to get it reduced.
The Cowboys plan to hold a memorial for Jerry Brown on Tuesday.
The Christmas spirit flooded the streets of Downtown Macon today.
About 100 entries -- dancers...bands...and various local groups-- came together to celebrate the 53rd annual Middle Georgia Christmas parade.

Continuing the holiday cheer... The National Hanukkah Menorah was lit Sunday during a special ceremony in the nation's capital.
Sunday marked the first day - and second night - of Hanukkah.
Thousands of people attended the lighting ceremony... which took place on The Ellipse.
Jeffrey Zients...***(pronounced Zience)...*** acting Director of the Office of Management and Budget and a member of the President's Cabinet... served as the event's special guest.
Many prominent dignitaries have participated in this annual celebration through the years.
The first lighting of the National Hanukkah Menorah took place in 1979.
Just in time for the holiday season...
Soldiers from Fort Stewart reunited with family members Saturday in Savannah.
The 300 members of the 1st Batallion-64th Armor regiment returned after a nine month deployment in Afghanistan.
This is the third flight of soldiers from the unit to return this month.

The company has received five reports of the seats tipping... including one where a 12-month old baby girl nearly drowned.

The company has received four incident reports... but not injuries are known.
