It will be a homecoming of sorts Aug. 11 at the Macon Centreplex.

The Centreplex announced Monday morning that country singer and Windsor Academy alum Jason Aldean will be playing a concert here.

Tickets go on sale Friday.

All proceeds for the concert will benefit Navicent Children's Hospital, according to a Macon Centreplex news release.

The two-time ACM Entertainer of the Year Award winner has sold 15 million albums and has 17 No. 1 songs, according to Aldean's website.
