The 21st Century Partnership announced organizational changes Tuesday after executive director Dan Penny resigned in April.
Daniel Rhoades was named Director of Strategy after leaving his role as Chief of Strategic Basing and Total Force for the Air Force Reserve Command.
Former COO Chrissy Miner also returned to be an interim, part-time senior advisor to work with staff and board members.
Miner is also currently the president and CEO of the Museum of Aviation Foundation.
The 21st Century Partnership is a non-profit organization that helps connect RAFB with the surrounding communities.
The organization works as a buffer between the two, making sure both are aware of the other’s needs and concerns.
21st Century Partnership officials also accompany RAFB and Warner Robins delegations to Washington, D.C.
