Three people are behind bars after the fatal stabbing of Lauren Jones on Monday, September 4.
A news release from the Twiggs County Sheriff’s Office says Timothy Blake Little and Heather Nicole Tate were arrested Tuesday.
On Wednesday, William Kyle Little was arrested.
Timothy Little is charged with concealing the death of Jones and hindering apprehension.
Tate is charged with concealing the death of another.
William Little is charged with malice murder.
Sheriff Darren Mitchum says all four were riding in the same car and taking meth all day when William stabbed Jones.
He says they don't know why because they're still interviewing witnesses.
Mitchum said the three suspects tried to clean up the inside of the car after the stabbing, and they dumped it in Macon. They found the car that night.
They believe Lauren was killed at the location where she was found.
All three are being held without bond and additional charges may be added later.
