Bibb County Sheriff's Office arrested a man around 2 p.m. on Friday who was wanted for shooting two men at a Macon Waffle House, according to a sheriff's office news release.
Johntellis Montez Mathis, 30, is accused of shooting two men at about 3 a.m. Wednesday at the Waffle House at 4094 Rocky Creek Road.
Mathis was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, criminal street gang activity and probation violation.
Kelvin Grayer, 32, of Macon was taken to Medical Center Navicent Health after being shot during the incident. Another man, Winford Davis, 30 was grazed by a bullet.
Grayer was listed in stable condition Wednesday.
