Bibb County officer breaks leg in chase

A traffic stop that led to a chase has come to an end in Macon near Romeiser Drive.

According to Deputy Clay Williams, the chase ended on foot. One officer was injured after he tripped in a hole while running and broke his leg.

Another deputy detained the suspect.
