The No. 1 seeds in 2018's tournament belong to Villanova (East), Virginia (South), Xavier (West), and Kansas (Midwest).
Virginia and Villanova have the best odds of winning the "big dance" at 5-to-1, according to VegasInsider.com.
Tournament regular Duke, a No. 2 seed out of the Midwest region, is next best at 6-to-1 odds. No. 3 seeds Michigan in the West and Michigan State in the Midwest have 12-to-1 odds and No. 4 Arizona in the South has 14-to-1 odds.
Seven teams, all No.15 and No.16 seeds, have 5000-to-1 odds to win it all.
