A Houston County grand jury indicted Joseph Dante Stella with four counts of identity fraud and three counts of theft by taking Tuesday.

Stella, who was the former President of the Warner Robins American Little League, was charged over a year ago for stealing money from the League's cash fund.

The indictment says he used the league's fund multiple times from July 2014 to May 2016.

The indictment also charged Stella with four counts of identity fraud. It says he used Darin McDowell's information. McDowell turned himself in last July and faces similar charges for theft from the league.

Greg Winters from the Houston County District Attorney's Office says they are still going forward with McDowell's case. He has not been indicted.
