(UPDATE 5:20 p.m.): A release from Warner Robins Police identifies the suspected robber as 19-year-old Jeremiah Thornton.

It says he walked into the restaurant with a gun around 9 a.m. and demanded money before running away with an undisclosed amount.

Officers found him shortly after and arrested him.

He is charged with armed robbery, possession of marijuana, and possession of a firearm while committing a felony.


A person is in custody after a robbery Saturday in Warner Robins.

According to Jennifer Parson with Warner Robins Police, officers responded to a robbery at the Subway on Russell Parkway earlier Saturday morning.

She said the suspect was taken into custody.

The suspect’s name was not immediately available; and we are working to get more information.
