A Perry business owner is accused of theft after he allegedly took payments to build pools and kept the money for personal use.

A release from the Houston County Sheriff’s Office says investigators have issued three felony warrants for Jacob Coker Wiggins for theft by conversion.

Wiggins is the owner and operator of Cool Breeze Pools and Spas on Courtney Hodges Boulevard in Perry.

The release says he’s accused of receiving payments upfront from customers and then using the money for his personal use and not completing the jobs he was hired to do.

The investigation is ongoing.
