Muggles, wizards and witches alike all love the sounds of a simple melody.

And if you're a Harry Potter fan, you're in for a real treat this weekend.

The Bands of Perry High School are celebrating the music of Harry Potter.

Band director Andy Hursey will lead students as they perform music from eight Harry Potter movies.

He says the selection was a way for the concert band to try something different.

“We just wanted to do something really popular, kind of movie themed. And just challenge ourselves with some really tough music and appeal to a mass audience,” said Hursey.

The concert will be held tonight at the Warner Robins Civic Center at 7 p.m.
