Fans of the Warner Robins Demons and Rome Wolves that don't already have state championship game tickets will have to wait until the evening of the game to purchase them.

Per a statement from the GHSA posted on Warner Robins High’s website:

“Neither school will receive any presale tickets to be sold at their schools. All presale tickets for the Dec. 8th game and online tickets will be honored at the gate. Gates will open at 6 p.m. Presale ticket holders will have priority entrance into the stadium until 6:45 p.m., after which game day tickets may be sold based on availability.”

Warner Robins High principal Chris McCook says 'day of' tickets will be $20 and he estimates 6,000-7,000 tickets for the original game at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium will be used on Friday.

He also the estimates the crowd size will be around 12,000-14,000 people and says every effort will be made to make sure everyone who wants to get into the stadium for the game will have the chance to.

With the larger crowd, there will be increased security as well with 30-40 officers on hand.
