The Warner Robins Police Department has released its plan for traffic management for the city Christmas parade Saturday.

The parade starts at 10 a.m. at McConnell-Talbert Stadium at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and South Davis Drive. It will conclude between the Houston Health Pavilion (old Houston Mall) on North Houston Road and Green Street.

Starting at 9 a.m., South Davis Drive will be closed from MLK to Watson Boulevard. Watson Boulevard from Davis Drive to Corder Road and North Houston Road to Green Street will close at 9:45 a.m.

Detour Locations:

Eastbound traffic on Watson Boulevard will be diverted to Corder Road. Westbound traffic on

Watson Boulevard will be rerouted to Commercial Circle and then to North Davis Drive.

In case of an emergency those needing to reach the Houston Medical Center can take Corder

Road to Sunset or Russell Parkway to Pleasant Hill to Sunset.

Officers will be stationed along the route to provide assistance.

The rear of the Houston Medical Pavilion will be for parade pick up only.
