It's been almost two years since Devon Gales was paralyzed from the waist down during a kickoff return at a UGA game, but Tuesday, Gales showed tremendous signs of progress and hope.
He posted a video on his Instagram page of him tossing the pigskin again. He played football for Southern University and suffered the spinal injury in 2015, and has since then been adopted into the Georgia Football family. It's really remarkable, back in May he was able to take 12 steps with the help of training equipment and medical staff. His caption, by the way, 'Put me in coach, I'm ready.'
