A Macon man was stalked as he walked home and robbed at gunpoint by two suspects around 1 a.m. Friday. That's according to a release from Macon Police.
The victim told police he was walking home when two men in a white sports sedan began to follow him, according to the release.
Armed with handguns, police say the two men exited their vehicle and robbed the victim of his wallet, cell phone and keys.
Police say they later stopped the pair of suspects at Napier Avenue and Mumford Road. They were able to capture one suspect after the pair attempted another robbery.
20-year-old Rashawn Scott has been charged with armed robbery, felony obstruction and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon during the commission of a felony.
Scott's accomplice ran away and remains at-large.
