Nancy Malcor with the District Attorney's office told 13WMAZ that 49-year old Cynthia McClesky-Baldwin was indicted on multiple counts that includes, malice and felony murder charges as well as a charge of cruelty to children in the first degree.
Last July, authorities say Ruth Baldwin was dead when she arrived at a Macon urgent care center with her grandmother, McClesky-Baldwin.
At the time of the girl's death, authorities said an autopsy revealed "a history of blunt force trauma."
Malcor said McClesky-Baldwin remains in the Bibb Law Enforcement Center with no bond.
