1lb of ground leaned pork or ground chicken

1/2 cup of diced white onion

1/2 diced carrot

1/2 tea spoon of black pepper

1 tea spoon of salt

1 tea spoon of seaseme oil

1 egg

Mix all the ingredients above all together in a bowl.

Thai Beef Salad (Nam Tok)

1 slap of flat iron steak

Marinate with a pinch of salt and pepper for about two hours.

Grill to about medium rare or to your liking.

Thinly slice:

1/2 of red onion

1/2 of shredded carrot

1 head of tomato sliced in wedges.

1 cup of chopped up green onion

2 wedges of limes

2 table spoons of fish sauce

1 tea spoon of accent (food flavoring)

Ground Thai Chilli

Mix everything in bowl an serve with jasmine rice.
