A new trailer for Mass Effect 3 was released today, revealing the multiplayer content of the game, which came as a surprising announcement last year, and despite some of the outcry against the multiplayer modes, this new trailer shows that the co-op missions have a robust and action-packed feel to them.
If the title of the video is any indicator, then one of the co-op modes, if not the entire co-op aspect, may be titled 'Special Forces," where players do not take direct control over Shepard and his team but act as members enlisted to help with Shepard's final mission. The demo showcases various positions falling under fire and must be rescued.
Mass Effect 3 is slated for release on March 6, 2012.
