About the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway
The 2013 Middle Georgia St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is proud to be sponsored by Custom Homes by Jeff, 13WMAZ, Five Star Auto, WDEN, The Telegraph and national sponsors Brizo and Shaw Floors. A newly built home, along with other high-end prizes will be given away during a live television special on 13WMAZ on Sunday, April 28, 2013.
TICKETS: 6,500 $100 tickets will go on sale Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Tickets may be reserved by calling 1-800-254-5010 or by visiting www.dreamhome.org. You may also reserve tickets at all Middle Georgia area locations of MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union, Ashley Furniture HomeStore and Southern Floors & Tile. Tickets will also be available at all Open Houses while they last.
GRAND PRIZE: The St. Jude Dream Home house is estimated to value $350,000 and is built by Custom Homes by Jeff and is located in Savannah Square in Warner Robins. Features include:
- 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a 2 car garage with 3,243 heated square feet
- 2 story home with open floor plan
- Kitchen with island and raised bar
- Brick exterior
- a fully landscaped yard with sprinkler system, three porches and a wood fence
- upgraded AC unit and insulation
- upgraded Brizo faucets and Shaw Floors throughout the home
- keeping room and walk-in pantry
