Rockstar Games have become experts in the tease, whether it be through game trailers or even the simple showcasing of a logo.

On Thursday, the developer quietly posted two images of its upcoming action title, Grand Theft Auto V, set in a fictional version of Los Angeles.

As expected, Rockstar has kept details on the game to a minimum, other than to reveal last November that the game will focus on "the pursuit of the almighty dollar." Well, isn't that just like every other Grand Theft Auto?

Rockstar has not provided details on a release date or platforms, but it's likely players will see this on consoles and PC.
