Bowl of your favorite dip
Assorted vegetables sticks such as carrots and celery
With a table knife spread a small amount of the dip on the top of a carrot.
Attach the flat side of an almond to the dip.
Repeat these steps for four more carrots.
Arrange in the bowl of dip to resemble a hand with the thumb and pinky finger pushed father down and the middle finger standing the highest.
Healthy Dip
1 cup fresh parsley
2 16 oz cans cannellini beans drained and rinsed
4 T olive oil
3 garlic cloves
3 T white onions minced
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Put parsley into food processor and process very fine, add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
