Anne Beck's Pear Chicken Salad

3 cup torn romaine or your favorite lettuce
1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
1 medium pear, sliced
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped toasted pecans (optional)

2 T balsamic vinegar
2 T maple syrup
Dash salt
2 T olive oil

In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients.
In small bowl combine vinegar, maple syrup and salt whisk
in oil drizzle over salad and toss.
Makes 2 servings, can be double, etc.
