2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Melt chocolate and butter over hot water (double boiler). Remove from heat.
Add sugar, slightly beaten eggs, flour, salt, vanilla, and pecans.
Put in greased pie pan (a shell may also be used)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Top with Peppermint ice cream (optional)
