Here's another one in our occasional posts about political odd couples: Turns out actor Vince Vaughn also likes GOP presidential hopeful Ron Paul.
Vaughn, star of comedy films such as Wedding Crashers and The Break-Up, is scheduled to introduce the Texas congressman tonight at the Liberty Political Action Conference in Reno.
"Ron and Vince are friends," says Jesse Benton, Paul's campaign chairman.
Vaughn hosted Paul and his wife, Carol, at the 2009 premiere of his movie, Couples Retreat, and endorsed Paul's book, End the Fed, as a "must read" for all Americans.
Paul, who is making his third presidential bid, is a longtime critic of the Federal Reserve Board and has been pushing for an audit of the central bank.
