Macon Police say a woman is recovering after a fight with an ex-boyfriend ended with a stab wound to her left arm.
The woman says she went to her ex-boyfriend's house to get her belongings and they started to fight. She says he grabbed a knife, stabbed her in the arm and slashed her car tire.
The woman took her ex-boyfriend's car and drove herself to the hospital.
Police charged James Edward Watson, Jr. with aggravated assault and family violence.
Macon police are still investigating the incident.
