Macon City Council member Larry Schlesinger says he told Macon police command staff about 13WMAZ's report that some massage parlors were open after designated closing hours.
Schlesinger say he did that during the command staff meeting Thursday morning and he says staff had no reaction one way or another to the findings.
He say they took his comments under advisement, but he says in his past experience they take these things seriously.
Schlesinger says he does not know where or how they will react.
"I'll leave that up to them," Schlesinger said.
Macon police spokeswoman Jami Gaudet would not comment on how they'll respond.
She said officers are always keeping an eye on the city's massage parlors and said, "Just because you don't see us doing something doesn't mean we're not doing anything."
