Robins AFB Confirms Active Duty Member Charged With Assault

Captain Pamela Stauffer, Public Relations Representative for Robins Air Force Base confirms that a man arrested on multiple charges including sexual battery is an Active Duty military member stationed at Robins.

A press release from the Warner Robins Police Department says Jordan Monarch was arrested on Thursday, July 19 and faces charges of sexual battery and eavesdropping in connection with two known incidents.

The release says, so far, investigators have determined that Monarch used his cell phone camera to take nude pictures and videos of intoxicated women without their knowledge or consent.

Police arrested Monarch on Thursday, July 19 in connection with two known incidents. He faces charges for sexual battery, and eavesdropping, surveillance, or intercepting communications in connection with two known incidents.

He is currently out on bond.

Warner Robins police spokeswoman, Tabitha Pugh, says Robins Air Force Base is also conducting an investigation.

We asked Captain Pamela Stauffer, spokeswoman with Robins' Public Relations Department, where the base was in the investigation.  She said Tuesday investigators were in the early stages.

Wednesday she confirmed Monarch is stationed at the base but referred all other questions to Warner Robins Police.

Pugh says police believe there may be more victims.
