The Crawford County Sheriff's Office confirmed Tuesday that the July 24 deaths of a Musella couple was a murder-suicide.
According to the July 31 press release, the results from the autopsies showed that Clinton Dickey's cause of death was from a single gunshot wound and Shannon Dickey's cause of death was from multiple gunshot wounds.
