Macon Police responded to an accident with injuries across from Riverside Cemetery Thursday night.

It happened around ten o'clock at the corner of Orange Street and Riverside Drive.

Coroner Leon Jones says an ambulance was called to treat a person who had been hit by a car.

13WMAZ's Candace Adorka took a picture of several cars stopped in the road along with first responders.
