Sheriff's deputies arrested a Houston County woman Friday after she allegedly set fire to an RV and led deputies on a chase on I-75 southbound.
Lt. Ronnie Harlowe said the woman, whose name is not being released right now, had her two children with her. No injuries were reported.
A Houston County Fire Department dispatcher said the fire was on Dunbar Road but was put out easily.
Harlowe said the woman left the scene of the fire and was spotted heading south on I-75 but refused to stop for deputies.
Deputies were finally able to arrest the woman near the 109 mile marker near Vienna. She is being brought back to Houston County.
