Investigators still need information on the former band director at Northside High School in Houston County, who was recently charged with sexual assault of a student at his current job in Colquitt county.
According to police in Moultrie, 42 year old Paul Guilbeau had sexual contact with a 17 year old female student at a hotel August 10th. Police arrested Guilbeau after questioning him and the victim.
Investigator Steven Colgan with Moultrie Police says he has received a few tips about a possible incident from Guilbeau's past.
Colgan said, "I have not from any school system been
informed of any previous incidents but I have received several anonymous calls which are alleging that an incident may have taken place in Valdosta approximately 1997-1998 with a similar incident with a student at Valdosta at that time."
Guilbeau is suspended with pay from his position at Colquitt County High.
