The man charged with killing a Hancock County couple was indicted Wednesday, says District Attorney Fredric Bright.
Brandon Charleston, 20, faces seven counts, including two a piece for the murders of 34-year-old Darryl Scott and 31-year-old Dedria DeShay Green in their home at 141 Tommie Lane.
Scott was shot with two different weapons--a pistol and a shotgun--according to the indictment.
Bright says Charleston has also been charged with aggravated assault for a firing a pistol at Green's son, who then hid out in the bathtub at the house.
