A fourth suspect in the murder of 58-year-old Gail Spencer will remain in the Bibb County jail, without bond.

Keith Anthony Dozier made a brief appearance this afternoon before Bibb County magistrate judge Cedric Leslie.

The judge said no bond could be granted in the felony murder case.

The hearing at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex lasted barely three minutes.

Dozier, a 23-year-old Warner Robins man, was charged with murder just after midnight early Thursday.

Police have already arrested Tracy Michelle Jones, Michael Brett Kelly and Courtney Nicole Kelly. They were denied bond on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, a GBI medical examiner ruled Spencer's death a homicide by asphyxiation.

Police say they're continuing to investigate and they have not released any further information on the case.
