Chicken Wantons

Fresh grated ginger (1 tablespoon)

Canned chicken (2) 10 oz. cans

Chopped green onion

Bean Sprouts (1 cup chopped)

Wanton wrappers

Canola Oil (1 cup)

Mix ingredients and set aside. Take a half teaspoon of mixed ingredients and place in the center of wanton wrapper. Adhere sides of wrapper together using a little water on your finger tips. Heat oil in a medium size sauce pan. Place wantons in hot oil ( 3 or 4 at a time). Wantons should float to the top.  Once one side is golden brown use a fork to turn wanton on the other side.
