Party Punch
Pineapple Juice
Ginger Ale
Lemonade
Mix equal parts and serve over ice
Chicken Wantons
Finely Shredded cabbage (1 head or one bag of pre washed/pre shredded cabbage)
Carrots (1 bag, shredded and chopped)
Fresh grated ginger (1 tablespoon)
Canned chicken (2) 10 oz. cans
Chopped green onion
Bean Sprouts (1 cup chopped)
Wanton wrappers
Canola Oil (1 cup)
Mix ingredients and set aside. Take a half teaspoon of mixed ingredients and place in the center of wanton wrapper. Adhere sides of wrapper together using a little water on your finger tips. Heat oil in a medium size sauce pan. Place wantons in hot oil ( 3 or 4 at a time). Wantons should float to the top. Once one side is golden brown use a fork to turn wanton on the other side. Both sides should brown in about 1 minute. Drain on paper towel. Mixture yields at least two dozen wantons.
Dipping Sauce
Hoisin Sauce (asian style bbq sauce) 1 cup
Pineapple juice (1 tablespoon)
Honey (1 tablespoon)
Stir together and heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds
Asian Style Slaw
Shredded cabbage (1 head or one bag of pre washed/pre shredded cabbage)
Carrots (1 bag, shredded)
Fresh grated ginger (1 tablespoon)
Canned chicken (2) 10 oz. cans
Chopped green onion
Bean Sprouts (1 cup)
Sliced almonds
Asian crispy fried noodles
Asian Sesame Dressing
Mix ingredients together, toss in salad dressing and garnish with almonds and crispy fried noodles.
