A 28-year-old national fitness coach came to spread the education of healthy living to help end the trend of obesity.
Beginning September 2010, Richard Neal embarked on a mission to lose over half of his body weight and he succeeded. After 18 months the Tennessee native lost 242 pounds.
That weight loss helped earn him $100,000 as the Beachbody Challenge winner. Now Neal travels the country sharing his life lessons.
Neal spoke to more than 900 students in the Jones County school system. He started his journey at 426 pounds.
