Add aggravated sodomy to the charges against murder suspect Michael Brett Kelly.
District Attorney David Cooke said Tuesday the Bibb County grand jury handed down the new indictment against Kelly who was already indicted on a murder charge in the killing of 58-year-old Gail Spencer.
"We believe we can prove that he forced her to perform oral sex on him," Cooke said. He also said kelly would be rearraigned on the new charge in a few weeks.
Cooke declined further comment.

Kelly and three other suspects were indicted on murder charges last fall. The others are Keith Anthony Dozier, Tracy Michelle Jones and Courtney Nicole Kelly.
A GBI medical examiner ruled Spencer's death a homicide by asphyxiation.
The four allegedly were involved in an embezzlement scheme at the law firm of Macon attorney Calder Pinkston. The four allegedly killed Spencer when she refused to go along.
They remain in the Bibb County jail without bond.
