The body of a missing Macon man has been found near Riverside Cemetery.
That's according to Bibb County coroner Leon Jones.
Macon police Sgt. Richard Senter says they found the body of 71-year-old David Mann around 11:45 a.m., about two hours after somebody reported finding a piece of clothing in the cemetery.
He said they found Mann's body on an embankment in woods near I-75.
Investigators believe Mann suffered a diabetic coma.
Macon police on Thursday morning resumed the search for the man, who'd been missing since he and his wife left a doctor's office, in separate cars, on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, police found Mann's car in the cemetery, off Riverside Drive near downtown Macon.
