U.S. marshals arrested the fourth suspect in a Monroe County double homicide Thursday.
That's according to John Edgar of the Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. He says 17-year-old Dave'von Sapp was taken into custody at a relative's apartment in Decatur.
He said Sapp was arrested without incident and taken back to Monroe County.
Sapp and three other Macon teens are accused of killing Russell Jacobs and James Pittman last week at a Monroe County home.
Investigators say the four met the victims at a north Bibb County gas station, gave them a ride home, then shot them and robbed the house.
All four are charged with murder.
A news release from the Monroe County sheriff's office says officers spotted Sapp this week at the home of an aunt, who was released from prison two days ago. He was arrested at another nearby apartment.
