Once again, music and fireworks will celebrate independence at Warner Robins' McConnell-Talbert Stadium - this year on July 3rd.
That's according to Mayor Chuck Shaheen.
The city's annual concert was in limbo this year because the traditional stars, the Band of the Air Force Reserve, are being decommissioned.
Shaheen says the featured acts this year will be Warner Robins native Bobby Eakes, a soap-opera star and a former Miss Georgia, and the band Stillwater.
He says they'll also honor the Air Force Reserve Band for its 70 years of service.
Warner Robins leaders plan a news conference next week to release more details.
