ATLANTA (AP) - Atlanta police say they're looking for a hit and run driver in a crash that left two women seriously injured.
Authorities say two women were sitting on a retaining wall early Saturday morning when a car came around the corner, hopped the cub and hit the two women. Investigators told WSB-TV (http://bit.ly/19R3b4S ) that the car hit a brick wall and dragged the women up an embankment. The car also hit a fence and a fire hydrant.
Officials say one of the women was pinned under the vehicle and her left leg was partially severed. Police say the other victim suffered a broken pelvis.
Both women were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in serious condition.
Authorities say the car may have been stolen from a rental lot.
