A missing Acworth teen has been found at a Bibb County hotel, according to Lt. Sean DeFoe with the Bibb County Sheriff's Office.
14-year-old Amber Harrison was discovered at the Country Inn and Suites on Arkright Road sometime after 8 p.m. Wednesday night.
That's where a traveler spotted the vehicle associated with the Amber Alert and called 911.
"I first received two Amber alerts when I was in the hotel room. I went out to grab a bite to eat. I started to leave the parking lot and saw, believe it or not, one white range rover, that was the vehicle, checked that tag, and it was not the vehicle," said Coleman.
"But there was another White Range Rover sitting in the checkout lane at the hotel. I looked at that one, and it was the correct tag of the amber alert."
According to the sheriffs office Harrison took her parents SUV without their permission, and picked up 20-year-old Justin Cooley in Dallas, Georgia.
Original reports said she had been abducted.
Deputies took Harrison back to the sheriffs office, where she will be reunited with her parents. DeFoe said charges won't be filled against Cooley.
