A TV movie will film scenes at Macon's Terminal Station next week, a city spokesman says.
The Lifetime movie 'The Trip to Bountiful' will film scenes at the historic rail depot on Monday and Tuesday, according to city spokesman Chris Floore.
He said the production company would start moving equipment into the area at Seventh and Cherry streets Friday night.
Floore said the filming would not require street closings, but there may be some brief delays over the next few days while equipment is moved.
Published reports say "'The Trip to Bountiful" stars Cicely Tyson and Vanessa Williams and is based on the Broadway play they starred in.
It is reportedly filming in the Atlanta area through Nov. 30.
Last year, the Terminal was also used for scenes in the Jackie Robinson film, "42," which was released this spring.
