Stores will give a portion of Blizzard sales to the cause.
At the Forsyth store, the Mary Persons softball team even showed up to wash windows for donations.
Last year, DQs joined together to donate $14,000 to CMN.
Missi Upshaw with the Children's Hospital says that's the equivalent of buying on isolette in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Upshaw also added Dairy Queen began supporting the Children's Hospital back in the 1980s.
