Bobby Gale challenges David Lucas for the District 26 state senate seat after David Lucas won the Democratic primary in a runoff election against incumbent Miriam Paris.
Gale highlighted his various work throughout Africa in church ministry, giving local villages access by digging wells for them. He placed emphasis on being an ordained elder in the Methodist church for 25 years.
He hopes to bring new and fresh ideas to the senate, which he said is the difference between Lucas and himself.
Gale and Lucas face-off for the senate seat in the general election in November.
