If you are traveling through Paulding County anytime soon, Police are warning drivers to beware of impersonators.
Authorities say, the concern started when an impersonator robbed a driver late Friday.
Sheriff Gary Gulledge said a black Ford Crown Victoria stopped a woman. The car had a blue dashboard light.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the woman pulled over, and two men dressed in business attire approached her car.
The woman said, one of the men took her wallet. Then, they fled.
Gulledge said drivers should only stop in well-lit areas, if they are being pulled over by what appears to be a police vehicle. He says, in that case, drivers should travel below the speed limit and put their hazard lights on.
Drivers can also call 911 to confirm a Paulding county deputy is pulling them over.
