DECATUR, Ga. (WXIA) -- Andrea Sneiderman headed back to court on Thursday, this time to ask for the opportunity to go to religious services.
Judge Gregory Adams modified the terms of Sneiderman's house arrest so that she can attend religious services, more specifically services during Yom Kippur next week.
As a condition of her release on bond, Sneiderman was placed on house arrest and prohibited from leaving her parents' Fulton County home unless she was going to court. She was released on bond in late August.
Sneiderman has been accused of being involved in the shooting death of her husband Rusty Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody daycare center in November 2010. Hemy Neuman was convicted in the shooting last April.
She was in court on Wednesday to ask the judge to grant her access to more than $2 million from her husband's life insurance policy. Sneiderman cashed in the policy after Rusty's death.
Judge Adams said no, and that the funds would remain frozen until both sides can argue that portion of the case in Fulton County, where Sneiderman's bank branch is located.
