CUMMING, Ga. (AP) - One of three men accused in the 2006 killings of four people at a farmhouse north of Atlanta has pleaded guilty to three charges in the attack.
The Forsyth County News reports that 30-year-old Frank Ortegon was sentenced Wednesday to 20 years in prison and 20 years of probation for one count each of aggravated assault, aggravated battery and burglary.
Prosecutors agreed to drop the remaining 17 counts, including several murder counts, as part of a plea agreement.
A total of seven people with either shot or stabbed in the rampage in the Forsyth County farmhouse, which left three teens and one adult dead.
Jason McGhee was sentenced last year to four consecutive life sentences plus 100 years. Marcin Sosniak's case is being appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court.
