WINDER, Ga. (AP) - Police say they've taken twin brothers into custody after investigators unearthed a body that was placed in a plastic container, encased in concrete and buried in the yard of a northeast Georgia home.
Winder Police Chief Dennis Dorsey tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the remains are believed to be those of a man reported missing from Pensacola, Fla. about a month ago.
Police say the 31-year-old twins -- who previously lived in Pensacola -- were both charged with concealing a death. It wasn't immediately known whether they have attorneys.
Dorsey said Pensacola police contacted his agency Monday morning, touching off the Georgia investigation.
The police chief says the twins told a relative that they buried a dog, but police on Monday found the human remains.
